Hi there i have a friend in thailand which is trying to register for a personal account from thailand and whenever she tries to sign up, the page keep getting forward/loop back to paypal main page. I dont see any option under asia pacific where thailand is listed anymore. Is there a issue with paypal website or they stopped opening accounts for thailand citizens? Do advise
