Paypal scam

Hello,

I have tried to buy an electronic account for a video game that i play. To make the story short, the seller as soon as he got the payment blocked me on the social medias that we were communicating and vanished. I opened a dispute to get my money back and he some how won it. I have not received any product how could paypal award him ?   Can i do something about this?

How did you pay ie which paypal option or did he send you an invoice?

How did you fund that payment ie which funding source.

Which dispute did you open?

I used the method :

Paying for an item or service

I fund the service through paypal wallet ( I work online and get paid through paypal )

I opened a dispute that i never received the item.
