This Paypal's page (https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security) claim that Paypal is secure. Well it is all false. It states that paypal protects me from Fraudulent transactions. I got hacked and my account used for three transactions from somewhere in south east asia. Paypal refused to refund me although I reported the unauthorized transactions within the first 10 hours.
