Im reading that Paypal has the following postal addresses;
<Removed> Wilmington, Delaware, United States
<Removed>London, <Removed>
Please don't reply if you have NEVER used the postal address, if you have can you confirm which would be the best postal address to use when sending a complaint (Im in UK). Agents are not capable of making decisions, managers don't have a clue. I need to contact someone with knowledge, able to make decisions, search and find all emails, phone calls.
Or am I asking too much?
