Paypal not like it used to be

Why has paypal made it so much harder to use the website and app to do simple things?

1. I no longer see my balance

2. Cant find where to transfer money to my bank account

I have searched and searched and it has become a pain to even use anymore.

Any help is greatly appreciated because I am about to go buld pulling my hair out.
