When trying to send a request for money using the Messenger link on the Paypal.Me page it takes you to the OLD layout page in face book so when you select a party to request money from and then click send you only get this error message.
You cannot view this application. Please make sure it is not blocked in the privacy settings.
There is nothing blocked in settings, this is a failure due to it sending you an old interface in Face Book.
Anyone have a resolution to this issue because its nearly impossible to contact Paypal directly or report a problem.
Even the trying to request money using a Mobile number fails with nothing other than a stupid message says "sorry there was a problem, try again later"
