Paypal keeps transfering my ballance to my bank account , How do i stop this

Paypal keeps transfering my ballance to my bank account , How do i stop this as every in out bank transaction costs me in bank fees ,, when its for a 99 cent item and the bank fee is $2 ,, its a waist of money ,,, 

If i cant stop i will have to shut my paypal account ,,

Should be free unless its your bank charging you.

Didn't know 'auto withdrawal' is available in your country, do you mean refunds?
