I'm in Vietnam and I want to send $2000 to my friend in US. I know I'm charged $4.99. Is my friend charged any fee? I search on internet but some articals say it's free to receive money (because no need for curency conversion, I have usd in my paypal account), some say my friend is still charged 4-5%. I'm super confused now, please help
