Paypal has my shipping address without apartment # on the order receipt

Hi Community,

I recently purchased a product from a vendor who accepts PayPal. It went fine, and I received an invoice from the vendor with the correct delivery address. The problem is that PayPal has my shipping address without the apartment number on the PayPal order receipt.

I'm not sure if this can bring any confusion with the vendor if they decide to ship the product to the wrong PayPal shipping address (without apartment number). Even though the delivery shipping address is correct on their end. I contacted PayPal but no help yet.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you try updating address information in your account?

I'm a CSR for a small company and this is an ongoing issue. There is literally no way to contact them to have this fixed. It is an internal problem.

I receive 10 to 15 orders a day from PayPal missing the apartment number. I am at my wit's end.
