Paypal fees

When someone oays me via paypal, are the paypal fees reflected in that balance already? Example, someone just paid me £30. Postage is £4.50 but my paypal balance is only £32

Yes Paypal takes its fee from your buyers payment and then credits the rest to your Paypal account balance.

Unlike Ebay that invoice you on a monthly basis (if you are selling on Ebay that is).
