Paypal fees

[Porschee]

1 of my auctions ended with a sale of US$2.25 with free shipping, Paypal charged me US$0.39 why so expensive.

I thought the rate for private seller was 10%.

I sell baby handmade crochet booties.

Any advise would be nice.
