Paypal fee taken on refunded Ebay item.

Hi everyone, I'm new to here but I would love if someone could help me with a problem I'm having with Paypal.

I sold an electronics item in March for 900euro which I later realised was faulty. So before I shipped it I refunded the buyer in full. No problem there but a month later Paypal took out 85euro as a fee. I tried to open a discussion in the resolution centre and I've heard nothing, not even an email saying they received my complaint.

Where do I go from here?

Sadly paypal no longer return the fee you were charged when you were paid when you issue a refund.
