Are you able to link a bank account to have the free transfer option? I tried several times with several bank accounts and it always leads me to a blank page. They will let me transfer the money to a credit card with a 1% cut, but the "free" option with a bank account seems to be a scam to make people believe they won't waste their money until they realize they have to pay the 1% or say goodbye to their money.
