Does PayPal now charge 10% whenever I want to transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account? If the answer is "yes" how can I avoid such a high fee?
PayPal charges 1% rate of amount of transfer to instant transfer to a card but is free if you withdraw directly to bank account. Personally, I never saw the point of withdrawing to card. I just timely plan my withdraws instead of being in a mad rush and risk delays and fees.
