Paypal birthday promotion

Hi,

I"m trying to figure out if this is a real promo. I got an email from <removed> for $5 off $15 purchase but have to activate the offer in the email. I can't find the offer on my offers page. Is this legit?

Did you ever get any further information?  I activated mine and made a purchase using paypal and NOPE! I didnt receive the $5 off.

I had the same problem though all terms and conditions were met.  I think this is a scam and don't believe it.
