HI, I registered in this website where I can earn money and want to verified my Paypal, but when I tried to verified it, it showed that the page is no longer available, what does it mean?

What is the website you're referring to? Are you referring to verifying yourself with PayPal, or was the site asking you to verify your PayPal account with them? I'm a little worried you may have been phished.

Please provide a link to the site where you're trying to do this so I can take a quick look.

A site asks  to verify my PayPal account with them. It is InstaGc.com. When I click the blue highlighted word "verified" it shows page not available.
