I report every phishing email I receive in the hopes that someone is shutting these sites down before some poor sucker falls for it.
A recent submission to the paypal spoof address gave me a reply that stated "We analyzed your report and determined that the suspicious email does
not appear to be fraudulent. "
I'm looking for a way to alert Paypal that their review process is flawed and could cause someone to click on a link that is not legit. Unfortunately, I can't provide the actual address is from or the link it wants to take you to here, but it is obviously not paypal's site or email address. Reporting back that an email saying my account is temporarily limited is not fraudulent seems irresponsible and should be looked into.
