Paypal Payments

Hi,

Can I make payments if I have available dollars in paypal, without  adding bank or credit card?

Though I already added a bank account from payonner!

Paypal does not support payoneer.

You 'may' be able to use funds in your balance but at some stage Paypal security may kick in and not let you continue until you add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your account.
