Like many of you, when I received a payment from my brother my PayPal balance didn't update. He sent $100 and my PayPal didn't update. The money was taken out of his account but hadn't shown in my account. He recommend I refund it and send it again but when I refunded, $200 was taken out of my account instead of the original $100. He only received a $100 so when he sent the money back, my PayPal hadn't changed even though I had just received $100! My activity page shows that my balance went from $322.01 down to $122.01 even though I had only refunded the $100 to be sent again. This is horrible and I have lost $100. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE AMAZING!
