Paypal Hold! fee was taken from a payment

Hey i sold an item on ebay, ebay held my money but £1.03 was taken as a fee from my money that i received from the buyer. Can anyone help me with this to get my money back from a fee.

That would be the paypal fee you pay on receipt of the buyers payment !!
