I sometimes receive postage cost repayments from friends living in the UK via their Paypal Friends and family. Presumably these small amounts are converted to Euro, then a fee is deducted, so I have been losing out. What is the Paypal fee in Ireland for receiving a Friends and Family payment from overseas? Or is the fee taken off in the UK before currency conversion? This isn't clear. Thanks.
