Paypal Credit Card Link Error

Hi, I am currently trying to link my credit card to my PayPal account but it gives me an error. Here is the error it gives me: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".
I came back on PayPal around 5 hours later to try it again, and it does the same thing.
The card was successfully linked to my PayPal account when I linked it to my PayPal for the first time. No errors happened.
But that was only about a week ago, and I just removed the card today, and tried linking it again. And that's when I got that error.
And yes, the card is being linked again to the same PayPal that it was linked to in the first place. I entered the card number, exp. date, and security code correctly
Could anyone help me please?
