We are drawn to the paypal service due to their Buyer protection, which in theory will safeguard the platform owner, ourselves, from compensating customers from transactions where the seller does not supply the goods etc.
Is anyone using paypal for their marketplace application?
Are you finding the benefit of Paypal buyer protection over and above other payment solution providers?
The only negative I can find with using Paypal is that I understand they cannot delay the remittance to the seller i.e hold funds i.e cooling off period before funds are sent to the seller. However, they may offer a refund reserve on seller accounts. Is this true and if so that would solve my problem.
