Paypal Balance

It states that your can use your Paypal balance without money on my account which I don’t have Paypal credit so will someone explain this to me???

Not sure what you read however, your account balance shows how much money you have in your PayPal account.  You don’t need to have money in your balance to use PayPal.   If you add your credit card, debit card, or bank account, you can choose how to pay when you send money or make purchases.
