I received a payment for sale of high value item where the fees is $22.

The seller is saying they made in error and want me to refund them. Would Paypal refund me this fee of $22 if I agree to refund the customer/

No, you will not be getting your fees back like you used to so the $22 will come out of your pocket or just deduct the amount from the refund. Let the buyer know before you refund. Supposedly from the grapevine at the marketplace forum where I sell, that PayPal will enforce it should buyer dispute that $22, if the buyer reneged on order. Not sure how true that is.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
