I'm starting a new business where we need to pay content writers on our platform. This can be thought of similar to medium.com's rewards program. However, what i need to know if there are any fees for sending payouts from a merchant account to content writers globally once i create a merchant account. The PayPal banner on the India page states there is only a fee when we receive payment and not when we send one. We don't want to be paying fees twice since we would be receiving fees when the writers avail our services. The rewards will be distributed at the end of the month.
Any help would be appreciated.
