I was not a PayPal member 2 weeks ago when I went on my nephew's obituary page, saw that I could donate to the sober house he was staying at when he overdosed. I stopped half way through the process and canceled when I realized the money would not be going to the sober house, but a much larger organization. Looking at my bank statement,, PayPal took the money, and the charity has no record of my donation. I cannot talk to anyone at PayPal, and had to open an account to get this far. This is disgusting!!!
