Hie good day I requested money from my PayPal via Abela app . Requested R260 and all the $26 in my PayPal was gone .Tried resolving the issue with Abela they said it's PayPal charges. How much does PayPal charge per transaction to Abela are we being scammed by Abela?? Please help
