Hi

 

I've received the verification code that has been entered but when I want to purchase online it still says that some information is missing and is telling me to got back to account. There is nothing missing there.

 

Any idea why its not working?

What funding sources do you have linked?

What funding source are you using?

Have you confirmed all funding sources with the 4 digit code etc?

Have you verified your email address?
