Don't know if anyone can help me

I have received a few payments and there is a dialogue box that states attention required

Does anyone know what I have to do if anything with this transaction

If you mean 'needs attention' and not 'attention required' then.................

To get rid of the "Needs Attention" nonsense, go to the "Add Tracking Information" or "Edit Tracking Number" link. When you get there, click on the box that says, "Tracking information not required" Once you click that box, the "Needs Attention" will disappear.
