If I have just opened a personal account, and haven't linked any card Or any bank account, then will i receive payments by sharing my email id to someone or any site? Or I have to send only invoices to get my payment? Can I use it as a wallet in which I receive payment by freelancing and use them to send someone without linking anything.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
