Payment to other PayPal user

How do I pay another PayPal user from my PayPal balance? (Sorry for the basic question, it my first time using PayPal)

Click "Send" the Summary page, then enter the email address of the person you want to send to. Then type in amount. Then indicate whether payment is being Send to a friend or for goods and services. Always select goods and services for buying merchandise.
