Payment taken from Paypal Credit in error - Paypal WONT answer query

I have a regular payment every 3 months, set up shows funded from balance and registered account, my CC is preffered funding source....

So why was it take from Paypal credit balance ?????

(Note, if you go to regular payments and click manage funding sources, Paypal credit is Automatically ticked and cannot be unclicked)

Had active conversation with Paypal message centre for 5 days... no answer, come on Paypal stop treating your customers with contempt !
