Payment received from email

Hi I received an email from <removed> without the .com saying that I received 150$ from an item I was selling on eBay, but It wasn’t send from eBay but it says that the money will be put in my account when I successfully send a tracking number, should I go trough with the deal, thanks community

Sounds suspicions as the email address is odd.

You may want to:

* Forward the entire email to:    spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments.

Look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc.  If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.
