Payment problems

I have sold a laptop through paypal for £250 and the lady says they have taken 2 payments of £250 out her paypal balance, now I have an email saying I have to issue her a refund of one payment of £250 through her bank account then once I do that paypal will pay me £500 does this sound legit??

SCAM.

No funds in your paypal balance means she has NOT paid.

If she had paid twice it would be in your balance and the only way you refund is VIA PAYPAL and not bank transfer.
