Payment problem

This guy wants me to buy $600 in eBay gift cards which I don’t get why he can’t do his self I got the email with him sending money but I can’t buy the eBay gift cards because I don’t have $600 in my own bank account

The reason is that he has no intention of paying you.

He will send FAKE paypal emails to say he has paid but that you must send him the codes from the card first OR send the cards with any goods as he has paid......he won't have paid.

I'll lay odds no payment or activity on the transaction is actually showing in your paypal balance?
