I have sold a car but the customer is wanting to pick it up as spares and repairs none running so is it ok to let him pick it up tommrow as I'm not sure weather I need to wait for money to clear as it's in my account but pending many thanks guys

You have zero paypal seller protection for motor vehicles, you should use cash on collection only.

Thank you ive not done this befor so what should I do should I refund the buyer and tell them cash deal only ??

Thats entirely up to you, only you can risk assess your own transactions.

But if you come to an arrangement with the buyer to bring cash and refund him then you won't pay your paypal fee (as long as you use the refund option).
