Payment notification via text to phone number

When I click this link, it says the money has arrived, but my balance is zero. There is nowhere to claim the amount. Can you help? I usually receive the notification via email. Why the difference!? PayPal: You've received a payment! L*** sent you 100.00 AUD. Claim this at https://py.pl/*****
