I bought something on the website and didn't receive an order confirmation email. But the bank showed that the authorized order had been deducted from the balance.In addition,transaction records can also be seen in PayPal's activities, it showing pending. And I received PayPal's payment email. So did my order succeed? Can I receive confirmation mail only after the merchant receives the payment?

No, when checkout is complete at a merchant website, their order receipt should be sent to you as well as a PayPal email receipt. Contact the merchant to determine if they have received your order or not.
