With every transaction there is a risk. Exercise extreme caution and and know who you're selling to. There is also a change they can issue a false dispute or false chargeback so you must be careful. Providing tracking numbers and a receipt is a recommended way of preventing fraud and for the most part very effective. Make sure the payment is cleared before you ship, if there is any doubt that there may be an issue with the deal be sure to investigate, its better to cancel the deal than to be be scammed.
