Payment Request - how would you know beforehand the Paypal fee that will be deducted?

Hi,

Just used payment request feature for the first time.

Transanction was for the amount of 211.80 euros however I had a Paypal fee of 7.55 euros charged to me.

Is there anyway beforehand to know the fee that shall be deducted from your money requests?

Sellers always pay paypal a fee for processing payments from buyers for them.

How do you think paypal makes any profit? They are not a charity.
