I Recevied a Email from PayPay saying:
Hi, You received a payment of $132.07

I am still super new to the PayPal world, so not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I logged into my account it showed that I have no funds and no transaction history.
I do not have a card or bank account linked, can that be the problem?
but yet why does the received payment not show?
please please help
