I would like to know why my account was deducted 33% of the amount. I asked a friend to test a transfer $1.00 and I received $0.67. Wow!!!! Please clarify why. It should be 100% PayPal to PayPal.
FEES are in paypals user agreement for your country. As there is a fixed and % part of the fee then if you are sending a very small amount its going to be charged a high fee.
If you are selling very low cost items then look into a micropayment account.
