Payer confidentiality

Have been trying for hours to get an answer to a simple question. When I send a payment to a payee, what information does the payee see? For example my email, credit card # or name???

Email address and name on PayPal account and your shipping address where applicable. No payment information or form or payment is shown because really that's not the concern of seller/recipient, only that payment is sent/received though the exception would be eCheck as PayPal notifies recipient they'll have to wait for eCheck payment (no account numbers of course) to clear before shipping.
