How long does it take pp to deduct payment from a bank account. My pp account was zero, I have linked bank cards though. I sent money through friends and family and the person I sent money to says he’s not received payment. I could see the transaction leave my pp account and see the transaction go into the other persons Account but thier balance was showing zero.
