Combining business and personal accounts into personal only

You can't merge accounts.

But you can close down one of them (removing all subscriptions / attached financial info etc) and then add the email address of that account to your other paypal account as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the 1 paypal account.

However you would lose all the past history from the account you closed.
