PayPal sabotages the account for a month without giving any reason. How do I get support to work?

About a year our company has been using the PayPal account. A month ago PayPal has blocked the account. After providing all the necessary data, the support sends a general text without indicating what exactly is missing. Every time when I try to go to the site and fill out the form, I receive an error message. I try to find help in the support chat. Communication only in German. Technical support in Switzerland offers to call to Austria, forgetting where the client is and giving the internal Austrian phone number. 

 

These are just some of the examples of "help" this month.

 

Maybe someone knows how to <removed> end this nightmare? 

 

Or is this a common practice everywhere and better just stop using PayPal account?
