I have made a purchase on Fiverr, and unfortunately payment to fiver was set to automatic, so when I made the purchase there was no options given to me, I received the receipt with PayPal converting USD to my currency EGP with their conversion rate which is so low compared to the conversion rate of my bank.
my question is, is there any way to remove the conversion rate that PayPal already applied on my purchase and process the purchase in USD. the merchant "Fiverr" have not claimed the amount yet as I still did not receive my order.
I tired sending through message center, but the conversation gets closed !!
if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
