PayPal restrictions

Hello every one Am from Ethiopia currently leaving in Somalia i saw that PayPal is Restricted in both of country but yesterday on 12/7/20

I was able to transfer from my account to someone ales account any how when i need to receive and transfer to my Bank account how can i do that ?

because there NO "MONEY" option Tab to click it kindly pleas Give me some explanation. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Sending money from your Somalia account is OK but still cannot receive payments. Somalia PayPal account is good for shopping online or sending money for goods and services only.
