I want to buy a bag off of Poshmark but the seller offered to give me it at a lower price on PayPal. I’m scared I’m going to be scammed. Would this type of transaction still fall under PayPal protection?

Depends how you paid ie which option.

Depends how you funded that payment.

Depends on if the item is genuine or not.

Your best bet is to go and read up on buyer protection so you can risk assess your own transactions.

Paypal buyer protection can never be a 100% coverall and no one can tell you that you will be protected totally.
